We are happy to announce that City Card won the “Innovation” award at the Bulgarian Tourism Awards ’19! 

During this past year, we worked hard to bring Varna and Plovdiv a truly innovative product, combining a travel guide and an all-inclusive sightseeing ticket. This first year of operations showed us the potential of smart tourism innovations in the two cities – a great alternative to busier and bigger European destinations, they are becoming more prominent on the radar of savvy tourists. 

The ease of use of City Card, as well as its digital availability and the one-of-a-kind mobile app, transformed the experience of more than 600 tourists. Varna and Plovdiv became easier to navigate and explore, and our customers saved on entertainment and eating out thanks to the deals our team hand-picked to complement their stay. 

As with every beginning, we learned a lot and we are already working on improving the service for next year. We believe that the future of the City Card service is full of opportunities, and we will do our best to provide our customers with even more benefits in 2020.
