You can't miss the Clock Tower in Plovdiv, as it sits on a hill looking over the city! The walk there is probably the best part about it, as it takes you up through а gorgeous park, finally arriving at the foot of this odd clock. The Clock Tower still works, but the story goes that there is only one person in all of Bulgaria who knows how to keep it running, and he's not getting any younger! The tower is easily accessible via the Tsar Simeon’s Garden, at a just short ten-minute walk uphill. The view from there is also nothing less than spectacular.
